Individual contributions are limited to $2,300 per person and can only be made by United States citizens or permanent resident aliens who are at least 16 years of age.  No contributions may be made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank, or from the treasury of an entity of person who is a federal contractor, and no funds for contributions can be provided by another person for the purpose of making a contribution.
